Cleansing and Detoxing
We all know that we are living in an increasingly toxic world. Never giving our body enough rest to heal and rejuvenate. Our organs are doing the best they can but can only do so much with the resources given, eventually resulting in discomfort while aging, pain and too much inflammation throughout the body.
I suggest doing a cleanse at least two times a year. Think Liver, Lymphatics, Gut and Kidneys! Maybe even combining it with a fast to give your body some much needed rest and time to heal itself. Intermittent fasting can be a great option too.
