Soundbath in the Salt Room

Every month we immerse in the ‘moon’ energy to align body, mind and spirit with a Soundbath aligned to the current astrological setting.

The Full Moon invites us to be in the present, and truly connect with our inner self, and the New Moon is a great time to set your seeds of intention for your future.

We briefly discuss the moon’s astrological archetype for the month, followed by a sound healing soundbath, including gongs, chimes and crystal singing bowls while breathing in the healing benefits of Salt. Seating is limited.
