We will use easy-to-follow protocols that you can easily incorporate into your daily life. After we complete our self-treatments, you can enjoy the numerous healing benefits of halotherapy in our soothing Himalayan Salt Room, followed by a peaceful and relaxing meditation session.
Please bring a blanket and maybe a pillow to be comfortable during the relaxation portion of the class.
